Successful training for Fife Council
Anne Muir, Council Tax Recovery Team Leader at Fife Council, viewed the training as an example of the mutually beneficial partnership approach adopted by ourselves and Scott & Company. As an innovative Council, we work well with service suppliers who understand our requirements and work with us to provide tailored solutions. As a responsible employer, we aim to provide our staff with the necessary support and training to prepare them for new initiatives and working practices. We have enjoyed a long and successful relationship with Fife Council for many years and our innovative revenue management solutions have complemented very successfully Fife Council's proactive approach to the recovery of arrears. As part of this proactive approach, Fife Council have recently expanded their in-house recovery function to incorporate outbound telephone recovery campaigns and we were delighted to have been selected to provide the training required to prepare their staff for this initiative.
